Reasons for Chargebacks and Our Resolution Process

Incorrect Item/Service: Upon order completion, you will receive an invoice and order completion notification via email. After this period, all orders are considered complete and accurate. If a chargeback is filed for this reason, we will investigate the order. If the claim is valid, we will refund the original amount minus the dispute fee.
