Reasons for Chargebacks and Our Resolution Process
Unauthorized Purchase: If you did not authorize a payment on our website and file a chargeback, you will be refunded the full amount. Please note that this policy does not apply if the payment was authenticated through 3D Secure verification.
Incorrect Item/Service: Upon order completion, you will receive an invoice and order completion notification via email. If you believe the item or service you received was incorrect, please contact us at contact@cnlgaming.com within 72 hours of receiving the order completion email. After this period, all orders are considered complete and accurate. If a chargeback is filed for this reason, we will investigate the order. If the claim is valid, we will refund the original amount minus the dispute fee.
Incorrect Billing Amount: If you were charged more than the agreed-upon price, you will be refunded the excess amount. If the order has not yet been delivered or completed, a full refund will be issued.
