Hero Siege Gold Delivery Guide

Step 1: Place your order

Choose how many millions of Gold you need and complete the checkout.

Step 2: Send your character name

The order chat opens automatically after payment. Send your character name exactly as it appears in game, and confirm you are on Softcore Seasonal. Incorrect details are the most common cause of a delayed delivery.

Step 3: Choose how you want it delivered

Tell us which you prefer:

• Marketplace — we place a listing for you to collect.
• Face-to-face trade — our agent meets your character in game and trades directly.

Step 4: Complete the handover

Stay online until the transfer is finished. If you need to step away, say so in the order chat and we will arrange a time that suits you.

Important notes

• We never ask for your account password and never log into your account.

• Gold does not transfer between realms — make sure your character is on Softcore Seasonal.

• Live chat support is available 24/7 on every order.
